Coaching and the Game of Basketball

Here is a throw back to an interview I had with Jay Bilas for the National High School Basketball Coaches Association (NHSBCA). He had some great points on the development of coach, characteristics, and importance of coaches. The game has changed over the years, but the need for good coaches will never go away. The current generation and the generations to come need good coaches and leaders. Enjoy!
