LANCER BASKETBALL CAMP
Kindergarten - 2nd Grade Lancer Basketball Camp
Little Lancers are the foundation of the Oakland Christian basketball tradition. The K-2 Lancer Basketball Camp is designed to lay the foundation of basketball knowledge and skill. Camp is designed to bring fun to the fundamentals of the game of basketball. The coaching staff uses games and contests to instruct the players on the fundamentals that form the foundation of the game of basketball. This camp is great to introduce students to the game of basketball and begin the process of enjoyment of movement and competition.

Lancer Middle School Boys' & Girls' Basketball Camp
(Grades 6-8)
The LANCER BASKETBALL CAMP for middle schoolers is designed with an emphasis on training individual and team development. The camp will focus on the fundamentals of basketball by expanding the concepts to help players develop their perimeter and post techniques, shooting form, ball-handling, defensive skills, and team concepts. Team play will be taught and emphasized during game and tournament time. Each camper will receive the tools necessary to leave camp and continue to work on their game. Each camper will also receive a camp t-shirt. Camp will conclude with a camp tournament on Thursday. All areas of development will be taught by Coach Dennis Hopkins, OCS assistant coaches, current and past varsity players.

Lancer Basketball Camp - Boys & Girls Grades 3-5
LANCER BASKETBALL CAMP is designed to instruct students on the skills of basketball. It has a big focus on the fundamentals of the game, as well as, beginning points of team play. Players and coaches with in the boys' and girls' programs work as instructors and coaches throughout the week. Players participate in station instruction, camp contests, daily games, and camp tournament. Each player will receive a camp t-shirt.

OCS High School Boys' Basketball Summer Program
The Lancer basketball department has designed a summer program that has allowed us to develop players, as well as, prepare our teams for competition in the upcoming season. It is our goal to develop players to their full potential both individually and as a team. Players entering grades 9 through 12 interested in playing basketball at OCS should register for the summer program. Players from all grades will participate in practices, mini-camp, and scrimmages. Performance from those activities will determine extra invitations to Varsity Team Camps.
